Paul Masterangelo

What skills did you gain that you found to be advantageous from being part of the group?

I learned skills in human interaction and behavior that I use to this day

What have you been doing since you graduated?

After graduating, I worked with ARC and then returned to school at Rutgers SMLR to study HR Management.  I decided on the applied side of the science rather than the lab/analysis side.  We often rely on work from social scientists to help develop effective HR programs.  I then spent time as a functional HR professional in Compensation and Selection, and then as a Consultant.

What are you doing now?

Now I am an HR Consultant working for IBM

Do you have any tips for current lab members?

My tip is to have fun and look for creative ways to utilize what you learn.  There are so many applications for utilizing your knowledge of human behavior and interaction in everyday life.
