What skills did you gain that you found to be advantageous from being part of the group? 

The Lab experience was instrumental in teaching me to isolate variables and in my analytical thinking skills.

What have you been doing since you graduated? 

I went on to receive my M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and have a career in Compensation in the Human Resources Profession 

What are you doing now? 

I am the Director of International Compensation & Benefits for Microsoft.

Do you have any tips for current lab members?

Apply yourself 200% and remember all facets of the experience; not simply the experiment itself; but the overall analytical demand you are learning. You will find yourself applying these skills to many areas of your life both professional and personal.
