Jayme Shelton

What skills did you gain that you found to be advantageous from being part of the group?
I learned how to look up almost anything quickly online, and I also began to understand more fully how research happens in the field of psychology.

What have you been doing since you graduated?
I went to Springfield College and earned my MEd in Psychology with a concentration in Athletic Counseling.

What are you doing now?

I am currently enjoying the summer before I start at Rutgers GSAPP in the Clinical Psychology Program this fall (2009).

Do you have any tips for current lab members?

Ask lots of questions and really utilize any help and advice you can get from the grad students. By talking to them and going through helping with Dr. Aiello's work, I found that IO was an interest of mine that was not necessarily a passion. This helped me embrace what I'd learned about research and continue to explore more interests in the field.
