Jason Glushakow

I am currently a graduate student in the Social Psychology doctoral program. My research interests include interruptions, social facilitation, spatial behavior, consumer psychology, and the effect different communication modalities have on interpersonal influence.

Lyra Stein

I am currently a graduate student in the Rutgers psychology doctoral program. I graduated from Rutgers University majoring in Biochemistry and Psychology and then earned my graduate degree in Neuroscience. My interests include personality predictors of behavior both in organizations and virtual environments.

Leigh Wilton

I am currently a first year graduate student in the Social Psychology doctoral program at Rutgers University. I graduated from Princeton University with a degree in Social Psychology. My current research interests include diversity, social facilitation, and organizational behavior.

Bianca Aceti

I am a senior with a major in psychology and a minor in sociology. I joined this lab to learn more about social facilitation effects and to gain hands on experience performing studies. After I graduate I plan to attend graduate school for school psychology.

Lukasz Bogdanowicz

I joined the research team in order to better understand the process behind research and to learn something. Also participation in a research lab will undoubtedly help me later on in life. After college I plan on going onto Graduate school. I am yet to narrow down the specific area I am interested in.

Amoha Bajaj

I am a Psychology major and I joined in this lab to gain some experience in the research field. I joined quite early in my college career and I'm glad I did so because it's an enriching experience that deals with real world application of the concepts of psychology. I plan on continuing on to medical school and pursuing a career in Psychiatry.

I am a School of Arts and Sciences junior. As of now, I am majoring in Sociology and minoring in Spanish. I joined Dr. Aiello's team to gain knowledge and experience in the research field in general. Tanvi S Gupta

Being a third year undergraduate Psychology major, I basically got involved with Dr Aiello’s lab in order to gain hands-on research experience in the field of social psychology covering topics such as relationship formation and social facilitation. After graduation, I plan to go on to study Counseling and Clinical Psychology.

I am a School of Arts and Sciences sophomore. I plan to major in psychology and minor in microeconomics. I am very glad to be part of Dr. Aiello's research team; because I know I am going to gain a lot of experience for graduate school. I'm a Psychology major and political science minor from the University of Miami. I'm primarily interested in developmental and personality psychology specifically how one's personality affects his or her developmental experiences.
